By creating an account or using Jobies.pk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Jobies.pk provides an online CV builder, ATS-style resume analysis, optional AI writing assistance, PDF export, cover letter tools (Pro), and aggregated job listings for Pakistan and international/remote roles. Features and limits depend on your plan (Free or Pro) as shown on the Upgrade page and your dashboard.
Your content
- You retain ownership of CVs and files you create or upload.
- You grant us permission to store, process, and display your content to deliver the features you use (including sending text to AI providers when you request AI features).
- You confirm that CV content is about you only and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You must not upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights.
Free & Pro plans
Plans include usage limits (e.g. number of CVs, analyses per billing period, PDF exports per day, uploads per month). Current limits are displayed before purchase and in your account.
Pro subscription period
Pro is typically billed for a fixed period (e.g. 30 days) in PKR via JazzCash (API or manual proof upload) or demo mode in development. Pro activates after successful payment verification (instant for API; manual payments are reviewed by our team).
When Pro expires or is not renewed
- Your CVs are not deleted. Existing CVs, drafts, and analysis history remain in your account.
- Your account automatically returns to the Free plan and Free usage limits apply.
- If you created more CVs than the Free plan allows, you keep all existing CVs but may not create new ones until you upgrade again or reduce your count (if deletion is available).
- Premium CV templates, AI tailor/rewrite tools, cover letter PDF, and watermark-free PDF export require an active Pro subscription.
- Free PDF exports may include a small footer credit (e.g. "Created with Jobies.pk").
- We may email you when Pro expires with a summary of these changes. You may renew Pro at any time from the Upgrade page.
Payments & refunds
Manual JazzCash payments require valid transaction proof. We may reject duplicate or fraudulent submissions. Refund policy: contact support@jobies.pk within 7 days of payment if Pro was not activated due to our error. We do not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes.
AI-generated content
AI suggestions (analysis fixes, tailor CV, cover letters) are provided as assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy before submitting CVs to employers. AI output may not be perfect for every industry or job title — always verify facts, dates, and role-specific wording.
Third-party job listings
Job listings may be aggregated from external job boards and employer websites (e.g. Remotive, Arbeitnow, Rozee, Mustakbil, and others configured in our system). Each listing remains the property of its respective source and employer. Jobies.pk:
- Stores a short excerpt, structured fields, and attribution for discovery and matching.
- Provides a public page and/or modal with a link to the original posting.
- Does not guarantee that listings are still open, accurate, or free of errors.
You must apply on the source website unless we explicitly state otherwise. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact us for prompt review and removal.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse rate limits, scrape the site aggressively, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not create CVs for other people or impersonate others.
- Do not resell or redistribute job listing data harvested from Jobies.pk.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect ATS scores, or hiring outcomes. We may modify features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon account deletion request, we will remove personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be raised with our support team.
